A destination note should identify a place, not only a town
A hotel name is a helpful start, but a destination note becomes clearer when it includes the address or another identifying detail you already have. This applies whether the final point is in Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Menton or Monaco.
Add the information you can verify
Use the accommodation name, street address, residence name or a known meeting point. There is no need to guess. If a detail is still being finalised, say that in the notes so it can be discussed rather than assumed.
Pair the destination with a precise start
- A defined pickup point
- The accommodation, residence or final address
- Date and traveller information
- Luggage notes where relevant
- A requested stop that should appear before the final destination
Monaco and cross-border route notes
For a destination in Monaco, the same principle applies: name the final point as precisely as you can and include the other end of the route. If the day has more than two places, list them in order.
Make room for questions
The enquiry form is also the place to identify any route detail you want clarified before booking. It begins a conversation about the plan; it does not offer a confirmed price, schedule or availability.
Where to continue planning
Browse the Riviera destinations hub for airport and coastal destination prompts, then submit the form with the information you have. Phone, email and WhatsApp are available as alternatives.
